My chosen Specialism is 3D animator/cinematic creator for games. I would like to work in the animation business in a job I found on creative skill set as an Animator (Games;) It will allow me to be creative and imaginative while also having knowledge of both 3D and 2D animations. My current skills involve me being able to create 3D models and applying them to videos/cinematics that I create and edit in other softwares. I intend to use these skills to make future game cinematics for triple A titles and allow the player to feel more immersed in the story that my cinematics will tell. To achieve these goals I will need to get a triple PASS minimum in a L3 BTEC Course, this is because I need to get a certain amount of UCAS points to reach the next step, from here I will need to get onto a University Degree preferably one in Bristol or Falmouth, during the studying time I could work on my portfolio and when I finish I will have a portfolio for future employers and a Diploma in Animation or Programming. I will need to work on my professionalism as well during my study time so that I am fully prepared for life as a freelancer.
